Bridgett joined the firm in March 2025 as a Private Client Service Associate. She brought with her over 30 years of experience in high-level financial service operations and client service roles with several top-tier institutions. Bridgett is a key member of our Client Service Team dedicated to delivering the high-touch service our clients expect and deserve and building valued relationships that are the core of everything we do. She is responsible for making sure that every detail is managed and executed with care whether it is working with new clients opening accounts, overseeing transfers, responding to client requests, processing money movement, or handling the ongoing day-to-day needs. Her practical experience, deep understanding of the need for attention to detail, and client-first approach is an invaluable asset to our team and our private wealth management clients.
Over the past three decades, she has held positions at some of the most respected institutions on Wall Street. Her distinguished professional career is broad in financial/prime brokerage roles covering hedge funds and broker-dealer clients. Her last position was with Janney Montgomery Scott where she was Operations Trade Support Manager responsible for managing trade support operations for institutional and private client group trading. Previously, she spent 15 years with Merrill Lynch, which later became Bank of America, where she served as Operations Manager & V.P. on the U.S. Options Exchange Floor and then as a V.P. in Equities Asset Management Services providing support for trading & broker/dealer clients. She also served as Investor Relations lead for Double Alpha, a statistical arbitrage (state arb)/market neutral hedge fund based in New York. Most of her career was serving in key roles with prime brokers as those noted above as well as Morgan Stanley, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (Pershing), and Bear Stearns. Over the years, she has built a broad and highly transferable skill set that she brought to McLaughlin Private Wealth including client support, client onboarding, investor relations, prime brokerage operations, U.S. exchange billing management and trade support management
Bridgett earned her B.A. in Social Sciences from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1993 and went on to build a distinguished career in the financial services industry. On the personal side, she values discipline, dedication, and service. Bridgett now lives in Marlton, NJ with her husband, their 7-year-old daughter, and their dog, Brandi. Outside of work she is an avid traveler, she loves learning about new cultures and exploring new destinations. Growing up in a military family where her father served in the United States Navy, she dedicates her time to the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) Moorestown chapter in New Jersey, where she has proudly served as a member for over 20 years.
